The 1-2-1 meetings are a fundamental part of HI Design Events. One month before the event, you’ll choose your meetings: You'll be given access to detailed profiles on all attendees. With this information you select the 20 Buyers or Suppliers you most want to meet.
Everybody's requests are then fed into our bespoke system, which produces the most fair and effective combination possible of Buyer and Supplier requested meetings.
One week before the event you'll receive your provisional meetings schedule for your approval. Four meetings sessions happen over the two business days and they all take place at the Supplier's dedicated, numbered table. Each meeting is strictly 20 minutes long with a 5-minute break between each.
Remember, your meetings are only part of the HI Design experience.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to meet everyone else during the event!
