Originally from Vienna, Austria, Florian has led iconic properties through hotel openings, major brand transformations, and award-winning repositioning projects. His leadership spans brands like Hard Rock, Pullman, Starwood, Kempinski, and The Ritz-Carlton.

A firm believer that “service excellence always wins”, Florian is known for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His expertise includes pre-openings, brand strategy, operational excellence, commercial and financial performance—all driven by a passionate, hands-on approach. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and riding his Harley.
